When and where is the FACES&LACES exhibition being held?

FACES&LACES 2019 will take place on the 8th and 9^thof June 2019 in the two-level parking space of AVIAPARK bythe address: Khodynskiy blvd., 4

Exhibition hours: daily from 1:00 p.m.till 10:00 p.m.

Where to buy the tickets?

Purchase the tickets online on the website: 2019.faceslaces.com, and in the days of the event get them at the box office next to the entrance.

How much does it cost to get to the exhibition?

The cost of a ticket for one day with an open date — 1000 rubles, a ticket for two days — 1800 rubles.

On June 8th and 9th, you can buy ticketsonlineand inthe ticket office next to the entrance to FACES&LACES at cost 1500 rubles per day.

What to do if there are problems when buying the ticket?

Is it necessary to prin out the ticket?

We advice you to definitely print your tickets or download your tickets on your phone beforehand. This will speed up the check-up and scan process and allow you to get to the event faster without queuing.

At the entrance you got a bracelet, what to do with it?

At the entrance to the exhibition, each guest gets a bracelet, that permits to be on the territory of the exhibition during the day/days for which the ticket was purchased. It also allows you to go out and freely re-enter the space of FACES&LACES exhibition. It is forbidden to pass bracelets to other people.

Is the exhibition limited by age?

FACES&LACES is an exhibition with the recommended age limit 16+.

This means that people who have reached this age can buy a ticket and go to the event on their own.

Can FACES&LACES be attended with the kids?

Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by their parents.

Up to 14 years old the entrance is free.

For children aged 14-16, a ticket is required.

What shall i bring with me?

Passport, which may be asked at the entrance.

Besides that, we recommend you to take sun screen protector and a rain cover — a major part of the exhibition area, including the main stage, is located outdoors.

What should not be brought to the exhibition area?

● Weapons and any sharp objects

● Bottles, cans

● Alcohol, any other drinks and food

●Drugs

● Markers and spray paint cans

● Flammable items, liquids and aerosols

Can I enter with a skateboard, bike, scooter, roller skates?

Yes, you can, but these items should not interfere with the comfort of other guests of FACES&LACES on the site.

Can I bring the dog?

FACES&LACES is dog friendly exhibition.
However, dogs must be muzzled and on a leash.

Entrance for disabled guests.

The entrance for guests with disabilities + one accompanying person is free of charge.

In case you need medical assistance.

Please immediately contact the security officer or anyone from the organizing team (you will recognize them by organizational badge) — with the transmitter they will be able to call a medical team.
